YouCaring have said that they can't find my account, yet they continue to send contribution info and message to the email address I used to set up the account. One donation was send by credit card and the site said they didn't have the correct information.

they claimed they would contact the donor which they never did. The donor said the card was valid and no one ever tried to contact them. This seems all very murky and I may be contacting legasl authorities if I don't get some response from YouCaring.

I can't understand people who try to rip off the very people that need help the most. I have sent multiple emails to YouCaring and they either don't write back or continue to claim that I don't have an account.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, No phone number.
